Cheesy Beef & Potato Bake 🥔🧀🥩
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain fat.
3. Stir in soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. In a baking dish, layer beef mixture, potatoes, and veggies.
5. Top with cheddar cheese.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an extra 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
