Mango Avocado Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, diced
1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
1 small banana, sliced
1/4 cup cashews (soaked for 10 minutes if preferred)
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add mango, avocado, banana, cashews, and almond milk to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and add honey if desired.
4. Serve chilled.
