Tender veal simmered in a creamy white sauce with sweet carrots and pearl onions – a true French comfort food!
Ingredients:
• 500 g veal shoulder, cubed
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 1 cup pearl onions
• 200 ml heavy cream
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 cups veal broth
Instructions:
