𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1 x 410g can of sweetened condensed milk
125ml lemon juice
2 eggs
60ml melted butter
125ml self-raising flour
5ml vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
Icing sugar, for dusting
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin.
Whisk together condensed milk, lemon juice, eggs, melted butter, flour, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden on top and set in the centre.
Let cool, then dust with icing sugar before serving.
