🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza 🍫
Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough (or homemade dough)
1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips, divided
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Prepare the base
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Press the cookie dough evenly into a greased 12-inch pizza pan or round baking dish.
Bake the cookie crust
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges and set in the center.
Remove from oven and let cool completely in the pan before adding toppings.
Melt the chocolate topping
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup milk chocolate chips with vegetable oil. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
Assemble the pizza
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
Sprinkle remaining milk chocolate chips and all semi-sweet chips on top while the chocolate is still warm.
Set and serve
Let the pizza sit at room temperature until the chocolate sets, or refrigerate briefly for a firmer finish.
Slice into wedges like a pizza and serve.
