Ingredients:
For the Meatballs 🍖
Ground beef and/or pork
Egg
Bread crumbs
Chopped parsley 🌿
Minced garlic 🧄
Onion (grated or finely chopped)
Salt & pepper
For the Creamy Sauce 🍶
Heavy cream
Garlic
Dijon mustard
Fresh parsley
Butter
For the Potatoes 🥔
Baby potatoes (halved)
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, and herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
Instructions:
Mix meatball ingredients and roll into small balls. Sear them in a pan until golden and mostly cooked. Set aside. In the same pan, add butter and garlic, sauté until fragrant, then pour in cream and mustard. Simmer and stir in parsley. Return meatballs to the sauce and cook until done. Meanwhile, roast or pan-sear the potatoes with oil and herbs until crisp and golden. Serve everything hot in a skillet or bowl.
Tip: Add a splash of chicken broth for a lighter sauce, and sprinkle with extra parsley before serving!
