๐Ÿ’ง 100 ml chicken broth or water

Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (392ยฐF) top/bottom heat.

Marinate the drumsticks: In a large bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, garlic, thyme, paprika, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Let sit for 10โ€“15 minutes.

Prep the veggies: In a baking dish, combine potatoes, peppers, and onions. Drizzle with 1 tbsp oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Combine & bake: Nestle the marinated drumsticks into the veggie mix. Pour the chicken broth around (not over) the chicken.

Roast uncovered for 45โ€“50 minutes, turning drumsticks once halfway through, until chicken is golden brown and cooked through (75ยฐC internal temp) and potatoes are tender.

Finish & serve: Let rest 5 minutes. Spoon pan juices over before serving.
