Coconut Cream Pie
Ingredients:
1 pie crust
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup sugar
4 egg yolks
¼ cup cornstarch
1 ½ cups shredded coconut
Method:
Heat milk, sugar, and coconut milk.
Whisk yolks with cornstarch, temper with hot milk, then return to pot.
Cook until thick, pour into crust and chill.
