**Grilled lamb chops with chimichurri sauce **🥩🌿 Ingredients: • 8 lamb chops • 2 tablespoons of olive oil • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice • 3 garlic cloves, chopped • Salt and pepper to taste Chimichurri Sauce: • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped • 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped • 4 garlic cloves, chopped • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar • 1/3 cup olive oil • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes • Salt and pepper to taste Addresses: 1️⃣ In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
