A creamy, cheesy potato bake with crispy bacon and a touch of white wineβFrench comfort food at its best!
Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, sliced
200 g bacon, diced
1 onion, chopped
200 g Reblochon cheese
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200Β°C.
Boil potatoes until tender, then slice.
In a pan, cook bacon and onion until golden.
Layer potatoes, bacon mixture, and slices of Reblochon cheese in a baking dish.
Pour over white wine and cream.
Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
