Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
12 oz penne or rotini pasta
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Β½ teaspoon salt
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
ΒΌ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup baby spinach (optional)
ΒΌ cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2οΈβ£ In a large bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
