Cheesy Spaghetti Pie ππ§β Easy, delicious comfort food!
Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti, cooked
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
2. In a bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with melted butter, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Press into a greased pie dish to form a crust.
3. Spread ricotta or cottage cheese over the spaghetti crust.
4. In a pan, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
5. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Pour the meat sauce over the ricotta layer.
7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
