🥗🍝 Macaroni Salad
✨ Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and coole
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup diced celery
½ cup diced red bell pepper
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and rinse under cold water. Let it cool completely.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
3️⃣ Add the cooked macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, pickle relish, and chopped eggs. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
4️⃣ Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
5️⃣ Serve chilled and enjoy!
