Coquito Recipe π₯₯π
Ingredients:
27 oz canned coconut milk (2 x 13.5 oz cans) π₯₯
15 oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez) π₯
14 oz sweetened condensed milk π₯
12 oz evaporated milk π₯
2 teaspoons vanilla extract πΏ
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon π°
Β½ teaspoon ground nutmeg π°
ΒΌ teaspoon ground cloves πΏ
Instructions:
Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Blend until smooth. πΆ
Refrigerate: Pour the mixture into a pitcher or container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the drink to chill. π§
Stir Before Serving: Shake or stir the coquito before serving to ensure all ingredients are well combined. π
Serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a cinnamon stick, or sweetened coconut flakes. ππ₯₯
