Instructions
1 Prepare the Cupcakes:
β—¦ Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
β—¦ In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
