Chilli and Vodka - Sensational Partners
Did you know that chilli and vodka make a sensational flavour combo?
To make your own chilli vodka at home, add ± 10 African Birds Eye chillis (sliced lengthways) to a bottle of vodka. Leave to infuse for at least a month. Add a teaspoon or two of chilli vodka to a bowl of tomato soup or a creamy tomato pasta sauce for that “wow factor”. Or refrigerate the vodka and serve ice cold from a tiny glass (one tot) on ice as a pre-dinner drink - it’s surprisingly good!
