Italian Wedding Lasagna 🇮🇹🍝 RECIPE 👇
Ingredients:
• 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 1 egg
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 2 cups marinara sauce
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Brown beef and sausage in olive oil with garlic, then drain excess fat.
2. Mix ricotta with egg and Parmesan.
3. Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, meat, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
4. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and sauce.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
