Giant Edible Eyeballs
Ingredients:
- 2 (3-oz) boxes lime or berry Jell-O (for the “iris” effect)
- 2 (3-oz) boxes unflavored gelatin
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (for white color)
- 12–16 blueberries or black grapes (for pupils)
- Red food coloring or edible gel (for “veins”)
- Silicone round molds (ice ball molds work great)

Directions:
1. Make white gelatin base: In a bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1 cup cold water. Let bloom 5 minutes. Stir in 2 cups boiling water and condensed milk. Mix until smooth.
2. Make iris layer: Prepare one box of colored Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water + ½ cup cold water. Chill until just thickened (like loose jelly).
3. Assemble eyeballs: Place a blueberry (pupil) in each mold. Spoon in a thin layer of colored Jell-O (iris). Chill until set.
4. Add white: Pour white gelatin over iris layer to fill the molds. Chill at least 3–4 hours until firm.
5. Finish & decorate: Unmold carefully. Use a toothpick dipped in red food coloring to draw thin “veins” across the eyeball.
