For the keto slider buns:

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz cream cheese

1 ½ cups almond flour

2 large eggs

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

For the burger patties:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

For the toppings:

4 slices provolone or cheddar cheese

½ cup caramelized onions (optional, but use sparingly for keto)

Sugar-free pickles or grilled peppers

For the keto cheesy “fries”:

1 medium rutabaga or turnip (low-carb potato substitute), cut into fries

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper

½ cup cooked ground beef (for chili topping)

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup heavy cream

1 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Make the buns:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in microwave or stovetop.

Mix in almond flour, baking powder, eggs, and garlic powder until dough forms.

Divide into 8 small balls, flatten slightly, and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.

2. Cook the sliders:

Mix ground beef with seasonings.

Form into small patties.

Cook in skillet or grill until done, top with cheese slices.

3. Assemble sliders:

Slice buns in half.

Add burger patty, cheese, caramelized onions, and pickles/peppers.

4. Make the keto cheesy fries:

Toss rutabaga fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes until crispy.

For cheese sauce: Melt butter, add cream, then stir in cheddar until smooth.

Pour over fries, top with ground beef chili.
