Cheesy Ranch Oven Roasted Potatoes π§π₯π½
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby potatoes (cut into quarters)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Prep the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure theyβre evenly coated.
Roast the Potatoes: Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Add the Cheese: Once the potatoes are roasted, sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese over them. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot!
