Easy Boat Dip (5 Ingredients)
Ingredients
16 ounces sour cream
10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid)
11 ounce can of Mexicorn (drain excess liquid) optional
8 ounces Mexican-Style four cheese blend, shredded (can sub with mild or sharp cheddar)
1 ounce packet taco seasoning
Instructions
Pour everything in a medium size bowl (drain the excess liquid from the Mexicorn and Rotel), mix well.
Cover and chill in the fridge for an hour or two before serving.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, pita chips or Frito scoops.
Optional – for presentation, garnish with diced tomatoes, sliced/chopped/diced jalapeños or fresh cilantro.
