Creamy Velveeta Beef & Bowtie Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 box bowtie pasta
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 block Velveeta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
3. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir in the Velveeta cheese, cubed, and continue to cook until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together until well combined.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
