🍪🥧✨ Pecan Pie Cookies – Sweet, Buttery & Perfectly Nutty!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup caramel bits or butterscotch chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in pecans and caramel bits.
Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
