🐟🇮🇹 Tonno alla Livornese
Ingredients:
14 oz (400 g) tuna steak
10.5 oz (300 g) canned tomatoes
1.7 oz (50 g) capers
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 garlic clove
Black olives (optional)
Instructions:
🐟 Sear tuna steak quickly on both sides, remove.
🧄 Sauté garlic, capers, and olives in olive oil.
🍅 Add tomatoes, simmer 10 minutes.
🥄 Return tuna, cook 2–3 minutes.
✨ Serve hot with sauce spooned over.
