Brownie Pie
Deesviral brings a decadent dessert that combines two favorites in one dish. A buttery cookie crust, a fudgy brownie center, and cookie dough pieces on top make this pie a true showstopper for any occasion.
Ingredients
470 g refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (420 g for crust, 50 g for topping)
460 g fudge brownie mix (1 box / 16.3 oz)
115 g butter, melted (½ cup)
1 large egg (50 g)
60 ml water (¼ cup)
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 23 cm (9-inch) pie dish.
Let cookie dough soften for about 5 minutes. Reserve 50 g for topping. Press the remaining dough (420 g) into the bottom and sides of the dish to form the crust.
In a bowl, combine brownie mix, melted butter, egg, and water. Stir until thick and smooth.
Spread brownie batter evenly over the crust. Roll the reserved cookie dough into small balls and scatter across the top.
Bake for 45–50 minutes. After the first 15 minutes, loosely cover with foil to prevent over-browning. Bake until the brownie is set and the top is slightly firm.
Cool completely before slicing for neat servings.
Serving Suggestion
Pair with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or serve plain for a rich, chocolate-packed slice.
