Easy Side Dish!
1. Creamy Guacamole!
This is fresh Guacamole recipe. I just love it, creamy and delicious!
Recipe:
2 large hass avocados
1/2 red onion diced
1 jalapeños diced
2 limes-juice
1/4 cup fresh diced cilantro
1 garlic cloves minced
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, add the sliced avocados, then mashed it. Add onions, jalapeños, garlic, lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well until combine. Serve with chips or in your tacos! Enjoy!

Pico De Gallo Recipe 💗 I use fresh tomatoes from my garden. Mouthwatering!
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1-2 jalapeños
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 lime- juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
Dice your tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño. Choped the cilantro. Add them to a bowl with your freshly squeezed lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve it fresh or you can it rest in the fridge overnight for a deeper flavor.
3. Creamy Coleslaw with Mayo and Sour Cream
Ingredients:
1 package (16 ounces) coleslaw mix about 4 cups)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
Steps:
In a mixing large bowl, add the coleslaw mix.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, seasoned salt, and ground mustard.
Stir everything until nicely blended.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix, and gently to coat all the veggies together.
Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for better flavor. Enjoy!
