Chicken Pot Pie Pasta 🍽️
Delicious, creamy pasta dish with all the flavors of chicken pot pie!
📋 Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
📝 Instructions
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
4. Stir in the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until well combined.
