Meat & Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
4. In a greased casserole dish, layer the hash browns, cooked beef mixture, and soup mixture.
5. Top with shredded cheese and cover with foil.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
