Ingredients:
7 oz (200 g) hazelnuts
5.3 oz (150 g) sugar
3 egg whites
Instructions:
🌰 Toast hazelnuts and chop roughly.
🥄 Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff.
🍪 Fold in hazelnuts and spoon onto a baking sheet.
🔥 Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 20–25 minutes until crisp.
