Pumpkin Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or whipped cream (optional for fluffiness)
Instructions:
1. Mix Cream Cheese and Pumpkin: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree and continue mixing until well combined.
2. Add Sweeteners and Spices: Mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
3. Optional Lightening: If you prefer a lighter, fluffier texture, gently fold in the heavy cream or whipped cream.
4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
