Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
½ cup water
6 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup nacho cheese sauce
½ cup sour cream
½ cup diced tomatoes or onions (optional)
1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
Cooking spray or butter for grilling
Instructions:
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Stir until thickened.
Prepare the Wrap:
Lay a tortilla flat. Add a spoonful of cheese sauce in the center, then top with seasoned beef, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Add tomatoes or onions if desired.
Fold & Seal:
Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, overlapping them tightly to form a wrap.
Grill It:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.
Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm with salsa, guacamole, or more sour cream.
