For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

β 1Β½ cups heavy cream
β 1 cup grated Parmesan
β Β½ tsp salt
β Β½ tsp black pepper
β Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
β Β½ cup pasta water (reserved from cooking the pasta!)
β Fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)

1οΈβ£ Cook the Pasta:
Boil water and cook pasta until al dente.
Reserve Β½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the Chicken:
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces, season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
In the last minute, add garlic and stir until fragrant.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, toss, and remove from heat.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic for 30 seconds.
