✔ 50g all-purpose or buckwheat flour 🌰
✔ 2 eggs 🥚
✔ 1 ripe banana, mashed 🍌
✔ 150ml vegetable milk (almond, oat, etc.) 🥛
✔ 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup 🍯
✔ 1 tsp baking powder
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
✔ 50g mixed nuts (raisins, walnuts, almonds, cranberries) 🥜
✔ A pinch of cinnamon (optional) 🌟

👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tin.
2️⃣ Mix oats, flour, and baking powder in a bowl.
