Keto Pizza Roll-Ups

11/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Filling:
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir to combine.
Add the almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until everything is well combined and a dough forms.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a rectangular shape.
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni over the sauce.
Starting at one end, roll the dough up tightly, using the parchment paper to help you roll.
Once the dough is rolled up, cut it into 1-inch slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the roll-ups in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
