Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup butterscotch chips
½ cup white chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in Chips: Gently fold in butterscotch and white chocolate chips.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
