Cajun Salmon and Shrimp

Ingredients:
β’ 2 salmon fillets
β’ 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
β’ 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ Salt and pepper to taste
β’ Lemon wedges for serving
β’ Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
2. Rub Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper on the salmon fillets and shrimp.
3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side.
6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
7. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
