❤ Swedish Meatball Noodle Bake 🍝
Ingredients:
• 1 lb egg noodles
• 1 lb Swedish meatballs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper
• Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.
2️⃣ Cook noodles, drain.
3️⃣ Sauté onion, garlic in butter. Add meatballs, soup, sour cream, and broth.
4️⃣ Mix with noodles, place in baking dish.
5️⃣ Top with cheeses.
6️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes.
7️⃣ Garnish with parsley. Serve!
