Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)
1 cup crushed croutons (for a crunchy topping)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and season with garlic powder and black pepper.
2️⃣ Make the Caesar Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream (if using), and grated Parmesan cheese.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
3️⃣ Add Cheese & Crouton Topping:
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top (if using).
Crush croutons and sprinkle them evenly over the chicken for extra crunch.
4️⃣ Bake:
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
If desired, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for a golden, crispy top.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot!
