🥧 Tourte Lorraine (Lorraine Meat Pie) 🥚🥩
A savory pie from Lorraine, filled with seasoned pork and baked in puff pastry.
Ingredients:
• 300 g pork
• 1 sheet puff pastry
• 2 eggs
• 1 onion
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Mix pork with 1 beaten egg, onion (chopped), salt & pepper.
3️⃣ Roll puff pastry, line a pie dish, and add filling.
4️⃣ Cover with pastry, seal edges, and brush with beaten egg.
5️⃣ Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden.
6️⃣ Serve warm with salad or pickles.
