Ground Beef and Creamy Mashed Potato Bake

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add onion, garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook until onion is softened.
3. Spread mashed potatoes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with the beef mixture.
4. In a small bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, sour cream, and milk. Spread over the beef mixture.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
