🛒 Ingredients
For the chicken:
2 chicken breasts, halved 🍗
2 tbsp olive oil 🛢️
Juice of 1 lemon 🍋
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿

For the salad:
100 g mixed greens (like arugula) 🥗
1 cucumber, chopped 🥒
150 g cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1 red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
100 g Kalamata olives 🫒
100 g feta cheese, crumbled 🧀
For the tzatziki:
200 g Greek yogurt 🥛
½ cucumber, grated 🥒
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 🌿
1 tbsp olive oil 🛢️
Juice of ½ lemon 🍋
Salt & pepper 🧂

Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes, then grill until golden and juicy. For tzatziki, mix yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange greens in a large bowl, then add cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, feta, and grilled chicken slices. Top with a dollop of tzatziki and fresh dill.
