𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘇𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻, 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻. 𝗔 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁!
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them to the skillet with the sauce.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
