One-Pot Macaroni Cheeseburger Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
2. Stir in the diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
3. Add the macaroni to the pot and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked to your liking.
4. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
