Ingredients (makes ~12 stacks)
24 keto-friendly crackers (store-bought or homemade almond flour crackers)
6 slices deli ham, folded into quarters
6 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese, cut into squares
3 tbsp cream cheese (or mayonnaise)
Fresh lettuce leaves, small pieces
Everything bagel seasoning (optional, for garnish)
Directions
Prepare base: Place half of the keto crackers on a serving tray.
Add filling: Spread a small amount of cream cheese on each cracker. Layer with lettuce, folded ham, and a square of cheese.
Top it off: Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the underside of the remaining crackers (helps them stick) and place on top to make mini cracker sandwiches.
Garnish: Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired.
