🇮🇹 Ravioli al Burro e Salvia 🧈🌿
Delicate stuffed pasta served in a golden butter and sage sauce.
Ingredients:
• 300 g meat or cheese ravioli
• 50 g butter
• 6–8 fresh sage leaves
• Parmesan to serve
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook ravioli in salted water until they float.
2️⃣ Melt butter in a pan with sage until fragrant.
3️⃣ Drain ravioli and toss gently in butter sauce.
4️⃣ Serve with grated Parmesan.
