🥐 Mille-Feuille (French Napoleon Pastry) 🍫🍰
Crispy layers of puff pastry filled with vanilla cream and topped with chocolate drizzle!
Ingredients:
500g puff pastry
500ml milk
3 egg yolks
100g sugar
40g cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g dark chocolate
Instructions:
Bake puff pastry sheets at 200°C until golden.
Heat milk and vanilla. Whisk yolks, sugar, and cornstarch.
Gradually mix milk, cook until thick, then cool.
Layer puff pastry with cream.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and serve!
