I am making more seasoning blends with salt-free. It is so easy and healthier option for anyone.
Tex-Mex seasoning is a blend of spices and chiles that can be used in many dishes, including:
Meat dishes: Tex-Mex seasoning can be used to season ground meat, chicken, beef, pork, and fish. You can sprinkle it on top, use it in a marinade, or add it to sauces.
Grilled dishes: Tex-Mex seasoning can add flavor to grilled meats, steaks, burgers, and grilled vegetables.
Sauces and soups: Tex-Mex seasoning can be added to soups, sauces, and salsa.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried chives
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder (add more if needed)
1 tbsp onion powder
To use: add 2 tablespoons per 1 pound of meat. Adjust to taste or add more spices if needed. Add salt if needed.
As usual, store in airtight containers up to 6 months.
