- 4 ounces cream cheese

Directions:
1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef along with the sliced onion and bell pepper until the vegetables are soft and the meat is fully browned. Make sure to drain any excess grease after cooking.
