Tender Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
For the spicy mayo dip:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and sesame oil in a small bowl until smooth.
Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and serve hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
