🔥 Instructions

1. Marinate & Grill the Chicken
• In a small bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
• Coat chicken and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
• Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
• Let rest before slicing into strips.



2. Roast the Figs
• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Toss fig halves with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
• Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 10–12 minutes, until softened and slightly caramelized.



3. Cook the Couscous
• Prepare pearl couscous according to package instructions.
• Drain and let cool slightly.
